Do I need my own instrument?
To receive the lesson at your home, you need an instrument, feel free to message us should you need recommendations; we are more than happy to advise you.
If you prefer to have a lesson at the Teacher’s place, you would need an instrument at home to practice what you learnt, but you don’t necessarily need a piano as soon as you start.
Where will the lessons take place?
Either at your place or the Teacher’s, or another agreed location.
How much will lessons cost?
30 minutes of lesson: 36£
45 minutes of lesson: 45£
one hour of lesson: 53£
Online lessons: 45 minutes, fee 39£
Do I need to commit to a certain number of lessons?
We offer lesson on a Series by Series basis, the minimum number of lessons per Series is 4. You will receive a message before the beginning of every Series with the dates of the lessons, and once you confirm, we will send you the total to pay beforehand. You can then cancel or reschedule as many classes as needed and receive a refund if you need one. However, to make the most of your experience, we advise you to only cancel up to 4 lessons per term.
I cannot make a scheduled lesson, how do I cancel?
Simply send a message to the School, then we will offer you an alternative date, and if we can’t agree on one we will refund you that lesson.
Do you prepare for ABRSM and Trinity grades?
Our team has plenty of experience with piano grades and can guide you if you want to take exams or prepare for competitions.
What is the cancellation policy?
We allow cancellation up to 48h before the lesson. We can only make an exception if it’s a medical or another emergency. Our teachers will also respect this policy; otherwise, the School will refund or reschedule the lesson.
